The application has been developed by Ceres Systems Limited with the full cooperation and endorsement of Mike Wilson, owner of Eildon Systems and designer of the original CheckMate device. Users will recall passing the devices between operators to take full advantage of the guaranteed improvement in work performance it achieved. With this "app" downloaded to any Android 'phone or tablet later than Android version 3, many line operators may choose to use their own devices to improve their on-standard performance and earnings on a semi-permanent basis.
